Position Overview

An established aluminum construction company is seeking an experienced Lead Aluminum Installer / Senior Fabricator to join its growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering exceptional results on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects.

  • Train and mentor Helpers, Apprentices, and Installers.

  • Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.

  • Perform advanced aluminum installation and fabrication work.

  • Conduct quality inspections before project completion.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and subcontractors.

  • Maintain accurate job site documentation and progress updates.
