Job Description Position: Operations Associate, Fund Accounting Location: Cleveland, OH (onsite) Duration: Full-time W2 role Description: Support fund accounting operations team, with specific focus on delivery of timely bank reconciliation and capital activity data. Additional responsibilities include client requests, reporting, and accounting platform administration. Responsibilities: Develop and understanding of the key business inputs and workflows to perform necessary operational tasks at a high-level operations' competency, accuracy, and confidence to communicate the same to clients and third parties.

Perform reconciliations and oversight of fund bank and brokerage accounts, including required tracking and communication of same. Daily wire reconciliations Tracking and communication associated with unknown or missing wires Data entry of bank activity to internal and external accounting platforms including accounting books or modules Process improvement reviews and implementation for all the above tasks Manage and process capital calls, distributions, and trade tickets. Respond to or provide support for associated client requests.

Support production of quarterly statements and audit activity across multiple client vehicles and reporting periods. Assist in developing proprietary accounting and reporting tools. Work with internal and external stakeholders to administer third party accounting platforms, including GL systems, treasury management, document aggregation, etc.

Support data collection and calculation of monthly hedge performance estimates for advisors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, ability to prioritize based on evolving requirements, and high attention to detail.
