Meet the Team
Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium's Information Technology organization supports a flexible, scalable technology environment powered by advanced proprietary systems and the continued development of next-generation analytical and trading capabilities. Within this organization, the Trade Floor Support team partners directly with front-office users to deliver responsive, high-touch technology support across trading floor systems, end-user platforms, market data tools, and related infrastructure in a fast-paced, business-critical environment.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary technology contact for trading business units, delivering responsive support and helping ensure a seamless end-user experience
  • Provide hands-on technical support across desktop technology, Windows environments, Microsoft Office and Office 365, mobile devices, VDI, and Citrix
  • Troubleshoot issues across market data platforms, including Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, and ICE, as well as related Excel plug-ins and API integrations
  • Manage and communicate incidents, problems, and changes through ServiceNow, keeping stakeholders informed on status, impact, and resolution
  • Support trading floor operations, including adds, moves, changes, remote access tools, and day-to-day user enablement
  • Troubleshoot basic network and telecommunications connectivity issues to support business continuity and timely issue resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on firmwide technology initiatives, while adhering to ITIL best practices across CMDB, incident management, change management, and quality metrics
  • Assist with server and data center support as needed, while continuing to build technical knowledge and strengthen support capabilities

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive technical support experience in an enterprise environment, preferably within financial services, trading firms, hedge funds, or large financial technology organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Office and Office 365, mobile devices, VDI, Citrix, and end-user desktop technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, remote access solutions, and core troubleshooting across user platforms and connectivity
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and hands-on experience using tools such as ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience supporting market data platforms and vendor integrations, including Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, ICE, and related desktop tooling
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership; availability for night and weekend shifts and light travel to branch offices

Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York City and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
