Front Desk Administrator
Compensation: $25/hour, 40 hours/week
Job Type: Full-time, W2, Comprehensive Full Benefits Included
Location: Onsite - Ridgefield Park, NJ
Schedule: Monday - Friday
About the Role and Company
Trading Academy is dedicated to making financial education accessible, empowering, and impactful. Exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do - for our students and for one another.
As the first person visitors, students, and guests meet upon arrival, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience while supporting the daily operations of our training center. This is a dual-focus role: roughly half your time is screen-based administrative work; the other half is customer service and guest-facing. Both sides matter equally.
What You'll Do
* Serve as the welcoming face of the training center - first impression for every client and guest
* Greet and assist all guests, students, and vendors
* Coordinate logistics for weekly onsite training events: room setup, materials, catering, and day-of execution
* Organize office, classroom, and break room and maintain supplies and equipment.
* Sort and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages.
* Serve as the contact person to the building maintenance department and service vendors when needed.
* Administer a variety of administrative duties including telephone support, calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, document preparation, and general office management functions.
* Maintain accurate registration records and enrollment data in Salesforce and internal systems
* Coordinate event scheduling, calendar coordination, and instructor logistics
* Keep classrooms, common areas, and event spaces organized and event-ready
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in a front desk, administrative, events or hospitality-focused role
* Detail-oriented with demonstrated comfort in data entry and scheduling systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; calm in fast-moving environments
* Microsoft Office proficiency required; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
