Job description

Do you thrive in environments where complexity meets strategic impact. Join us as a Senior Manager, Canada Customer Fulfillment (CACF) Finance, where you'll own financial strategy for one of the most sophisticated fulfillment networks, spanning Robotic and Traditional Sortable, Non-Sortable, Reverse Logistics, Regional and National Inbound Cross-Docks, Storage and Distribution Centers, and Special Handling sites across Canada. With material automation, productivity and cost differential across building types, you'll design parallel financial frameworks that drive optimization across this heterogeneous landscape.
As the primary financial partner to multiple senior leaders across Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Employee Relations, you'll shape decisions that matter: guiding multi-billion in capital deployment (2026-28) across multi-generation robotics investments, driving sustained cost improvements in a complex multi-jurisdictional labor environment, and navigating external dynamics including trade policy shifts and evolving employee relations landscapes

You'll lead high-stakes trade-offs between growth, cost efficiency, and long-term capital allocation, defining the business models and guardrails that position the network for sustainable success amid forecast uncertainty and operational constraints. If you're ready to influence where others follow, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end financial strategy, controllership, and investment governance across Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Engineering, Real Estate, and Procurement, serving as the central decision-maker for trade-offs between growth, cost, speed, and capital allocation
Design and maintain parallel financial frameworks that optimize Cost to Serve across diverse building types with materially different cost structures, productivity benchmarks, and capital profiles, while managing co-located facilities and shared infrastructure decisions
Partner with multiple senior leaders to influence high-impact decisions on labor strategy, network operations, and risk management, providing strategic financial guidance across Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Employee Relations
Influence multibillion in capital deployment decisions for multi-generation robotics investments under high forecast uncertainty, balancing long payback horizons with evolving operational constraints and external market dynamics
Build organizational capability and scalability by leading large finance organization, driving succession planning, leadership development, and integration of advanced analytics and AI capabilities to scale growth beyond headcount while maintaining high talent standards
About the team
You'll lead a 30+ person finance organization comprising multiple managers across Fulfillment Center finance, Central Operations Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Supply Chain Finance. Your team supports network expansion and site launch activities as core business partners, driving analytical excellence and operational finance capabilities across all levels

The team is accountable for investment governance, launch readiness, and seamless financial integration into operational execution.
