Job description


AmeriLux is hiring! Support our retail sales team in managing key accounts including Lowe's, The Home Depot, and co-op customers across the US and Canada. You'll keep accounts running smoothly, coordinate product launches and promotions, and help turn sales data into action. This role is built to grow into a National Account Manager position.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day account activity: customer communications, retailer onboarding, new item setup, vendor forms, and account maintenance
  • Coordinate line reviews, assortment changes, promotions, and annual business planning
  • Run retail execution: product launches, store resets, and merchandising across multiple retailers and brands
  • Prepare sales reports, POS analysis, promo recaps, and retailer business reviews
  • Track account performance and flag sales trends, inventory issues, and growth opportunities
  • Partner across Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Product Management to resolve issues
  • Support our CoverLite, Home Harvest Greenhouses, and DuxxBak product lines
  • Travel to buying shows, retailer meetings, and trade shows: booth setup, customer meetings, product presentations, and lead follow-up

The Mix
40% account management, 30% retail execution and project management, 30% sales support and business development.
