Job description

HVAC Install Helper

We are looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team serving Metro Atlanta. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn the trade and grow into a Lead Installer role.

You will work alongside an experienced Lead Installer assisting with residential HVAC system installations while gaining hands on experience in the field.

Benefits & Pay

• Compensation is based on experience. Candidates with prior HVAC installation experience will be eligible for piece rate pay, while entry level candidates with little to no experience can expect an hourly starting rate of approximately $16 to $18 per hour
• Overtime incentive calculations on top of piece rate earnings

• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Mechanical aptitude required
• HVAC install helper experience preferred

• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening

Preferred Certification

• EPA Type II Certification preferred

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Weekends as needed
