Automotive Service Manager Position for our High-Volume Service Facility

Experienced Service Managers and Service Writers are encouraged to apply!

Independent Automotive Service Center is seeking an experienced Manager with strong experience managing and growing customer base.

Business is booming; we have broken several of our records and we are looking for an experienced, self-starting Service Manager who can take over a great team and build it into a dynamic force others only dream of!

The right individual will be a self-starter who can work independently and possess experience in marketing the operations by demonstrating specific actions for attracting a clientele that leads to revenue growth. This individual will take over a great team and established process, will continue to build on a strong operational base, and will expand our customer base and repeat clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Thorough knowledge of auto repair sales
  • Knowledge of automotive service marketing
  • Automotive service counter sales
  • Maintain and monitor gross profit opportunities from vendors
  • Growing customer-pay sales volume
  • Vehicle warranty and extended service plan repairs
  • Vehicle reconditioning
  • Maintaining a high level of hospitality with Customer Service Standards.
  • Recruit, hire, and motivate qualified service personnel
  • Represent the McCloskey brand by maintaining a professional demeanor and strong relationship skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 or more years of management or retail service experience
  • Organizational and communication skills are required, and accuracy is a must.
  • Ability to dispatch service, and occasionally write service.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A detailed understanding of safety precautions required in performing the work of the trade.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • A clean background check is required.

You must have a proven and verifiable track record of success doing these tasks.
