About This Opportunity

Our Trade Marketing team serves as the key marketing contact for field sales and internal cross-functional departments. In this role you will build and format sell-in decks for buyer meetings, keep promotion calendars and trackers accurate, pull and tidy data into simple reports, coordinate point-of-sale materials and samples, and support the team by taking notes and chasing action items. You will be essential to our efforts in executing marketing plans in collaboration with our merchant and product partners.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and be skilled in managing projects. We are looking for someone who can present in multiple environments, build rapport with internal teams. The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of retail operations or trade marketing experience.

Responsibilities
  • Gather sell-through, pricing, and competitor info into simple reports
  • Gather and assimilate field and internal information
  • Develop presentations, sales aids, and promotional material
  • Development and communication of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Disseminate competitive intelligence
  • Team Librarian for consumer insights, promotional and competitive records and results

Qualifications

Internship Eligibility and Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. 
  • Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
  • GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
  • Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
  • Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays yearround; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments
