The Role:

We'reseeking a motivatedTrade Import Compliance Co-opto join our team thisSpring 2027 semester! Thisinternshipoffers hands-on experience inTrade Compliance, whereyou'llwork on meaningful projects and gain insight intoUS Import regulations, Tariff Classification, and Free Trade Program Analysis.You'llcollaborate with theTrade Complianceteam, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

WhatYou'llBe Doing:

• Review product information and supporting documentation to help verify tariff classifications andidentifyopportunities to improve data accuracy.

• Analyze supplier records and manufacturing information tovalidatecountry-of-origin declarations and support customs compliance requirements.

• Assistwith reviewing trade agreement documentation toidentifyproducts that may qualify for reduced duty rates and ensure supporting records are complete and organized.

• Conduct audits of import transactions, compare customs entry information to internal records, and prepare reports highlighting discrepancies and trends.

• Develop dashboards, trackers, and process documentation that improve compliance visibility, audit readiness, and operational efficiency across the import program.

• Collaborate withProcurement, Logistics, Operations.

• Research global trade regulations and emerging customs requirements, then present findings and recommendations to the compliance team.

WhatWe'reLooking For:

• Cumulative GPA ofat least3.0

• Currently enrolled in a degree program inInternational Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, International Relations, ora relatedfield.

• Demonstrated interest in international trade, supply chain,logistics, customs compliance, or global business through coursework, projects, internships, student organizations, or related experiences.

• Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data and documentation.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Co-op duration: Spring 2027

Wage- $20.00 - $30.00+per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
