What you will do:The Window Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting delivery drivers with the accurate preparation, handling, and delivery of materials to customers and job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery based on work orders or customer requests
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using appropriate equipment (dollies, ramps, or hands)
- Verify order accuracy, including quantities and product condition, prior to delivery
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory and staging areas
- Guide drivers during tight turns or backing up, help maintain vehicle cleanliness, and complete basic delivery paperwork.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Deliver materials to job sites or customer locations as required (box truck)
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform site cleanup, shovel materials, dig trenches, or assist trade workers on site.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Complete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order tracking
- Perform additional duties as needed
