Job description

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Financial Services and Capital Markets domain expertise. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing trade and transaction workflows, working with stakeholders, creating BRDs/FSDs, supporting UAT, and collaborating with development teams to deliver technology solutions. Strong experience with SQL, data analysis, Agile methodologies, and trade lifecycle processes is preferred. Experience with securities, equities, fixed income, clearing, settlement, or brokerage platforms is highly desirable.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Financial Services / Capital Markets domain experience
  • Requirements Gathering, BRD/FSD, UAT
  • SQL and Data Analysis
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Trade Lifecycle, Clearing & Settlement preferred.
