We are looking for an energetic and driven Trades Recruiter to help attract, hire, and place skilled trades professionals with our growing client base. This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll guide candidates from their first conversation through their first day on the job.
What You'll Do:
Source and recruit skilled trades professionals through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for open positions
Coordinate interviews
Work with the Operations team to assist them in the onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork for new employees
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Accompany new employees to client job sites when needed to ensure a smooth first day and successful placement
Partner with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
What We're Looking For:
Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
