Pensacola, FL | Full-Time | Residential Service | Year-Round Work

Peaden is hiring Residential Plumbing Apprentices who want to start a long-term career in the skilled trades. This is an excellent opportunity for trade school students, recent graduates, plumbing helpers, or anyone looking to grow into a Residential Service Plumber role.

You'll receive paid, hands-on training while working alongside experienced residential plumbing technicians on real service calls.


What You'll Do (Residential Service Plumbing)

This is a field-based role supporting licensed Residential Service Plumbers:

  • Assist with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting

  • Support plumbers on water heater installs, leak repairs, drain issues, and fixture replacements

  • Learn proper diagnostics for home plumbing systems

  • Prepare work areas, maintain tools, and load vehicles

  • Follow safety protocols and residential building codes

  • Document work using ServiceTitan (training provided)

  • Develop the skills to advance into a Residential Service Plumber position
