Position Summary:

2nd Swing is seeking a highly skilled Tour-Level Club Fitter to join our in-store team of golf experts. This high level position involves executing high-performance, one-on-one fittings using Trackman, Quintic, and Foresight systems to provide tour-grade equipment recommendations and sales. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience directly supporting touring professionals through OEM design or tour-trailer operations, offering an unrivaled technical mastery of equipment specs and a deep understanding of the elite player's needs. Full-Time roles are available with a primary focus on weekend availability (Friday – Monday).

Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with guests to ensure a positive and personalized club fitting experience.
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer.
  • Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data throughout the fitting experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment, fitting technology, and industry trends.
  • Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swing’s fitting standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends. 
  • Success oriented and engaging personality.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years working with Equipment at a Tour Level (fitting/OEM/design)

  • 5+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Prior club fitting certifications, preferably Ping Academy, Titleist University, or Trackman University certification. 
  • Active PGA Member, preferred not required. 
  • Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing and bending
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation: 

$40 - $50 per hour, based on previous experience
