Operation Manager
As our Operation Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances and facilities management. You will oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team. To thrive in this job, you must be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment that reflects College Track's culture, brand, and mission.

Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for Operations Manager in Aurora, CO is $70,000-$85,500/year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $73,875-77,749/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
