Overview

We are hiring aMachine Operator (Press Brake, Decoiler, MIG Welder)to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience inmetal fabrication, press brake operation, decoiling equipment, and basic MIG welding.

This is ahands-on production positionfocused on producing precision metal parts while maintainingstrict quality and safety standards. Candidates with experience inmanufacturing, fabrication shops, or industrial environmentsare strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operatepress brake machines and decoiling equipmentto fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications
  • Set up machinery, adjust settings, and select/install appropriate tooling and dies
  • Perform efficientdie changesto minimize downtime and maintain production schedules
  • CompleteMIG welding and basic fabrication tasksto support production and assembly operations
  • Read and interpretblueprints, technical drawings, and shop orders
  • Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality throughout the production process
  • Inspect finished and welded parts to confirm compliance with quality standards
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Collaborate with team members to improveproduction efficiency and workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required (technical certification in machining, welding, or manufacturing is a plus)
  • Proven experience as apress brake operator and decoiling machine operator (preferred)
  • Basic to intermediateMIG welding experience required(TIG welding is a plus)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
  • Knowledge oftooling setup, die changes, machine calibration, and welding processes
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work in afast-paced manufacturing environmentand meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team
  • Understanding ofmanufacturing safety standards and procedures
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for machine operation and welding
