Job description

ob Description We are hiring 6 Foreman-level Heavy Equipment Operators for a large-scale civil infrastructure project supporting data center connectivity in Columbus, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role-you will operate equipment daily while leading crews on deep open-trench excavation work.
What You'll Be Doing
Operate Track Hoe / Excavator daily (REQUIRED) Perform deep trench excavation (10-15 ft) Place and manage trench boxes Use pipe lasers for grade accuracy Work safely around live utilities Read and follow blueprints and site plans Ensure trench protection and safety compliance Lead and coordinate field crews on civil construction work
Required Experience Foreman or Lead Operator experience Heavy civil / underground utility construction Track Hoe operation (MUST) Trench protection & OSHA safety knowledge Experience with deep open-trench excavation
