Job Title : Inventory Specialist – Receiving / Picking
Location: Middle River, MD, US, 21220
Duration: 6 Month


Job Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialists to support daily warehouse operations in Middle River, MD. This position is available for Receiving and Picking functions and is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable working with inventory, data entry, documentation, and part traceability.
Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials and accurately process receipts in SAP.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and part traceability.
  • Verify incoming materials and identify inventory discrepancies.
  • Properly label and store parts in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to received materials.
  • Support overall warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.


Required Qualifications:

  • Accurately pull parts from warehouse inventory locations based on work orders and specifications.
  • Assemble customer or production kits according to established requirements.
  • Organize and stage components on designated worktables.
  • Verify that all required items are included in each kit.
  • Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections and resolve discrepancies.
  • Transfer quality-approved kits to the shipping and crating team.


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience in receiving or picking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and record management.
  • Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and part traceability/documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
