Our growing wealth management firm in Franklin, MI is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to help create a seamless and welcoming experience for every client.

Wealth Trac Financial LLC is an independent, fiduciary-based wealth management firm dedicated to putting clients' best interests first. Founded in 2007 by a top-producing advisor who envisioned a different approach to financial planning, our firm was built on the belief that clients deserve personalized advice, exceptional service, and trusted guidance, not the priorities of large corporate shareholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office or administrative experience and be able to perform general tasks such as handling calls, calendar and database management, and welcoming clients to the office. This team member will be instrumental in ensuring clients have the most memorable, positive experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
  • Record notes from every client conversation in the database
  • Enter and maintain databases of clients and prospects
  • Maintain an organized, compliant and efficient electronic filing system
  • Pull appropriate client and prospect files every morning for scheduled visits
  • Prepare conference rooms for client and prospect visits
  • Manage advisor’s calendar regarding visits scheduling and rescheduling
  • Maintain the office environment in an immaculate and organized condition
  • Maintain job-related/industry specific compliance files
  • Assist in coordination and scheduling of marketing calendar
  • Develop and mail letters to clients for various purposes upon request
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1 year of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
