Compensation
  • Expected annual earnings: $40,000 - $120,000+
  • Entry-level hourly pay with growth into flat rate

What You'll Do
Entry-Level (Lube Tech / Apprentice):
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
  • Assist technicians with inspections and minor repairs
  • Learn dealership systems, tools, and processes

Experienced Technicians:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles (engine, electrical, brakes, suspension, etc.)
  • Accurately document findings and communicate with service advisors
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures

What We're Looking For
Entry-Level Candidates:
  • 0-6 months of automotive experience OR technical training
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and team-first mindset

Experienced Technicians:
  • 2-3+ years of automotive technician experience
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Toyota experience is a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
