Job description

Toyota of Irving is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team. 

What We Offer

  • Full-time employees are offered Medical, Vision & Dental after 90 days or less of employment
  • 401K retirement and saving plans are offered to employees after working at the dealership for 6 months or more
  • Paid Vacation time, selected holiday pay, sick pay for full time employees after 3 months of employment as earned

Responsibilities

  • Ability to prioritize work, solve problems and organize own time with minimal supervision
  • Process incoming calls, maintain calendars/follow-up systems, e-mail
  • Greet all customers/guests upon arrival
  • Filing and organizing work area
  • Make coffee and cookies
  • Keep guest reception area clean and tidy

Requirements

  • Must be able to work Saturdays if needed (1 to 2 a month)
  • Flexible to work opening and/or closing shifts (majority of shifts will be day time)
  • Shifts are 8am-4pm and 4pm-9:00pm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 1 year minimum of Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and be flexible
