We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Toyota Express Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a high-volume environment, and are looking for a dealership that values teamwork, accountability, and career growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (dealership experience preferred)
  • Toyota dealership or Toyota Express Service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
  • Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Write repair orders for express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and factory-scheduled maintenance
  • Educate customers on Toyota recommended maintenance while building trust
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently
  • Follow dealership processes and Toyota standards to provide an outstanding ownership experience
