About Us
The 3D Toy Store is a growing toy manufacturer based in Indianapolis, running a large-scale 3D printing operation to produce original toy lines like our Pocket Pet Minis and fidget toys. We're looking for reliable, hands-on team members to join our production floor.

What You'll Do
No prior experience or technical background required — we'll train you on everything. Day to day, you'll rotate between:

  • Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, preparing items for shipment
  • Print Production: Starting and monitoring 3D print jobs, swapping filament/materials, removing finished prints, and keeping production moving across our printer farm
  • Basic Printer Maintenance: Performing simple, guided repairs and upkeep on our 3D printers (nozzle swaps, cleaning, basic part replacement) — full training provided, no electronics or mechanical background needed

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable standing/moving for a shift and doing repetitive tasks
  • Good attention to detail (matching orders, spotting print defects)
  • Willingness to learn hands-on technical tasks — no experience necessary
  • Basic comfort with following written instructions/checklists
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Any prior warehouse, manufacturing, or hands-on/DIY experience
  • Interest in 3D printing
