TOY WORLD INC, a leading toy retailer located in sunny Miami, FL, is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team. What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with TOY WORLD INC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and professional support to customers through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assisting customers with product recommendations and ensuring they find the perfect toy for every occasion.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes.
