Our Concierges are responsible for:

  • Coordinating with local restaurants and entertainment venues and making reservations and ticket purchases for residents.
  • Coordinating dry cleaning or any other outside services residents may need.
  • Providing shuttle service and valet for residents as needed.
  • Planning and coordinating parking assignments for valet and special event parking.
  • Assisting with developing community communications, such as activities calendars, to residents, families, and prospective residents.
  • Ensuring the entry way and lobby of community are clean and free of debris.
  • Purchasing supplies as approved and ensuring supplies purchased do not exceed budget.
  • Driving for residents and community outings as assigned.
  • Supporting management team with special holiday/event planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

  • High School diploma required; College Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Drivers' License.
  • Excellent driving record (last 5 years).
  • At least 25 years of age.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
