Job description

Purpose and Scope:
The Tower Foreman is responsible for a tower crew in the direction of their work, relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication systems at tower sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees daily site operations.
  • Instructs and educates team members.
  • Identifies and requisitions materials required.
  • Reads, comprehends and correctly interprets various plumbing diagrams.
  • Notes and conveys project milestones.
  • Properly completes and submits documentation.
  • Transports team members to and from job sites.
  • Maintains company-owned assets, such as vehicles, tools, and test equipment, according to policies and procedures.
  • Accurately analyzes situations and develops an appropriate course of action.
  • Provides accurate and complete instructions to crew.
  • Recognizes and mitigates safety hazards, enabling duties to be performed in a safe manner.
  • All other duties as required.

Skills / Other:
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Reliable and dependable.
