Job description

Part-Time Front Desk Clerk

John Knox Manor is looking for Part-Time Front Desk Clerks to join our team in our Retirement Tower office. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients of the organization.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Currently we are accepting applications for the following open Part-Time positions:

  • Weekend Front Desk Clerk โ€“ 1st Shift - 8am - 4pm, Every Other Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities for 1st Shift Receptionist:

  • Guest services โ€“ Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the community and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
