The Tow Truck Operator plays a critical role in providing timely vehicle towing and roadside assistance services. As part of a team, operators frequently travel between locations to respond to emergency situations and scheduled towing assignments. They are skilled in operating various tow trucks and equipment, including standard, flatbed, and heavy-duty tow trucks, while ensuring safety compliance and effective customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Tow vehicles safely using standard, flatbed, and heavy-duty tow trucks
  • Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
  • Operate towing equipment efficiently and according to safety standards
  • Ensure vehicle loading and unloading is secure and damage-free

Required Qualifications

We also have 4 emergency road service trucks. We also operate a 15 bay repair shop at our location. We believe in re-investing in our employees and our business so in our shop you will find the latest and greatest equipment and employees that receive many perks and bonuses through out the year.
