What is a tow manager?

Tow Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing towing operations, typically within a towing company or roadside assistance service. Their duties include managing tow truck drivers, dispatching vehicles, coordinating with customers, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining equipment.
