Duties include handling transactions, maintaining inventory, managing tee times, and upholding the club's policies and standards. Essential job functions: Greet and assist members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.Process sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Schedule and manage tee times using the club's software.Maintain a clean and organized golf shop, including merchandising and restocking.Assist in tournament operations and member events.Communicate effectively with the golf professional staff and outside services team.Uphold club policies, including dress code and pace of play regulations. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Requires bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions. Qualifications: Previous golf or retail experience preferred.Knowledge of golf and golf equipment is a plus.Strong communication and customer service skills.
