Continental Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Associate to join our team at our beautiful Springs at Five and Main residential apartment community in Commerce Township, MI.ย 

You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Successful Leasing Associates demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager of the property.

Position Specifics:

  • Full-Time
  • Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:ย 

Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units andย maintainingย a clean, invitingย model andย tour path dailyย 

Driving Success Through Sales & Marketing

  • Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in.ย Being the leader onย inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating seamless move-ins whileย leveragingย creative marketing, advertising,ย resident events,ย and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goalsย 

Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations

  • Ensure a best-in-class resident experience by managing prospect and resident follow-ups, conducting move-in inspections, and supporting lease renewals and occupancy tracking. All whileย maintainingย full compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and all applicable regulationsย ย

  • Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experienceย 
  • Can work aย flexible schedule โ€”including weekends,ย evenings, and holidaysโ€”because great serviceย doesn'tย clock out at 5ย
