  • Coordinate closely with vessel crews, terminal operators, and shore-side personnel
  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance checks of LNG systems and equipment
  • Respond to and manage emergency situations, ensuring proper shutdown procedures are followed
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation for all transfer activities
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Tankerman PIC endorsement (Liquefied Gas preferred)
  • Experience with LNG or petroleum transfer operations
  • Strong understanding of hazardous material handling and safety procedures
  • Knowledge of USCG, OSHA, and relevant maritime regulations
  • Ability to work in high-risk environments with strict safety protocols
  • Strong communication and situational awareness skills
  • Ability to work rotational schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • STCW endorsements (as applicable)
  • Familiarity with cryogenic systems and LNG-specific equipment
  • Prior experience working with marine terminals or vessel fueling operations

Compensation & Benefits

TOTE Services offers a competitive compensation package aligned with experience and qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits designed to support you and your family.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and rotational schedule flexibility
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within maritime operations
  • Exposure to cutting-edge LNG and clean energy technologies

Safety Commitment

Safety is the foundation of everything we do. This role requires an unwavering commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental) standards, ensuring all LNG transfer operations are conducted with precision, compliance, and care.
