Clinical Scope

  • Primary and revision total hip and knee arthroplasty — conventional and MIS approaches
  • Pre-op optimization and post-op management with dedicated surgical APPs
  • Imaging through four owned centers

Qualifications

  • MD/DO — BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship in adult reconstruction / total joint arthroplasty

Compensation

  • $685,000+ Year 1 guaranteed floor
  • 12-month partnership track — ancillary income and ownership participation at partner

  • Employer-paid malpractice with prior acts coverage included
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, CME, retirement, relocation

Differentiators

  • Physician-owned — not a health system, not private equity
  • 200+ PCP referral sources and five urgent care locations
  • Highest state-level orthopedic demand index in the nation
  • Prior acts (tail) coverage provided as a recruiting benefit
