Un día en la vida:


En un día típico, su prioridad es atender a los clientes. Los ayudará a elegir entre una gama completa de dispositivos inalámbricos, planes de tarifas adecuados, accesorios beneficiosos, seguro de productos y mucho más. Generará tráfico contactando a los clientes actuales o potenciales por teléfono, mensajes de texto y plataformas web. Completará los cursos de capacitación asignados para ayudarlo a mantenerse actualizado sobre los últimos productos, servicios e información de la industria. Estas herramientas lo ayudarán a tener éxito en su tienda y lo ayudarán a convertirse en el vendedor que aspira a ser.


Responsabilidades del consultor inalámbrico:


  • Lograr los objetivos de ventas personales quincenales establecidos por el gerente de la tienda
  • Representar a Victra y Total Wireless de manera positiva y, al mismo tiempo, brindar un excelente servicio al cliente
  • Revisar promociones, planes y dispositivos a diario
  • Realizar llamadas salientes y enviar mensajes de texto a diario para impulsar las ventas mediante una variedad de plataformas
  • Asistir a capacitaciones semanales o mensuales
  • Crear un entorno minorista de primer nivel a través de la limpieza, la comercialización y la organización
  • Manejar todas las interacciones de servicio al cliente de manera cortés y profesional
  • Mantener los estándares de limpieza White Glove a medida que cambian

Compensación:


Estamos orgullosos de que nuestros consultores inalámbricos ganen una tarifa mínima garantizada de $40 000 a $50 000 con un potencial de ingresos adicional al combinar una tarifa base por hora más una comisión sin límite. Brindamos capacitación paga y una tasa de aumento garantizada durante los primeros 60 días de empleo.


Requisitos del puesto:


Además de una actitud positiva contagiosa, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y un compromiso con una experiencia de primer nivel, buscamos que el consultor de servicios inalámbricos cuente con lo siguiente:


  • Diploma de secundaria o GED
  • Español/bilingüe
  • Preferiblemente 1 a 2 años de experiencia en un entorno de ventas minoristas

Requisitos de capacitación
