Job description

Lorenz Total Wellness is a growing integrative wellness clinic in Tomball, TX. We help clients reduce chronic pain, restore movement, and function at a higher level through personalized hands-on care and advanced wellness technologies.

Our practitioners are trained in Synergy Release Therapy (SRT), our signature hands-on approach to restoring balance through the fascial system. We also use Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Polychromatic Light Therapy, Winback TECAR, TENS, and proprietary assessment tools that bring a data-informed perspective to how we work with clients.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated, coachable individual to join our team as a manual therapist. This role is open to both new graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about helping people, enjoy working with their hands, and want to grow in a supportive, innovative environment.

No license is required to learn and perform Synergy Release Therapy. Training is provided. Candidates with relevant professional licenses (LMT, PT, OT, DC) are welcome and may integrate licensed modalities into their sessions. Any practitioner who wants to perform licensed or regulated therapies must hold the appropriate active license.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide hands-on sessions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Learn and apply Synergy Release Therapy with consistency and excellence (comprehensive training provided).
  • Use clinic technologies and wellness tools as trained (training provided).
  • Document client visits clearly and professionally.
  • Educate clients on their treatment options and help create an outstanding experience.
  • Work closely with the team to support strong outcomes and clinic growth.
  • Support clinic operations as needed, including room preparation and scheduling assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training, development, and optional community events.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Strong interest in hands-on wellness, movement, pain relief, and helping others.
  • Coachable and eager to learn a unique therapy system and new assessment methods.
  • Professional, organized, and dependable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect well with clients.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in bodywork, fitness, rehab, movement, massage, athletic training, chiropractic, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or wellness is helpful but not required.
  • A degree, license, or certification in a related field is valued but not required.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay based on experience, skill, and role.
  • Comprehensive, in-depth training in Synergy Release Therapy and advanced therapeutic tools.
  • Access to proprietary assessment and treatment planning tools.
  • Mentorship and growth in a supportive, mission-driven team environment.
  • The opportunity to help shape an innovative wellness clinic redefining modern hands-on care.
