Outpatient Therapist โ€“ Enhanced Outpatient - AllHealth Network

At AllHealth Network, compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence come together to support individuals and families on their path to recovery. Our Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP) provides structured, intensive outpatient services for individuals requiring a higher level of care than traditional outpatient treatment.

As an Enhanced Outpatient Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic services within a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs through coordinated, high-quality care. Our EOP program supports middle school and high school aged youth with group therapy 2-3x/week, preparing them to engage successfully with traditional outpatient therapy.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidencebased interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families
  • Utilize strengthbased wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care
  • Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery
  • Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
  • Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines
  • Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee
What You Bring
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Colorado licensure or registration as a candidate pursuing licensure
  • Exposure to or experience in a behavioral health clinical setting
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic engagement with diverse populations
  • Experience using evidencebased counseling models and techniques appropriate to presenting concerns
  • Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills
  • Knowledge of DSM5, recoveryoriented principles, and traumainformed care
  • Ability to work effectively with electronic health records (EHR)

Position Details:
  • Southwood Location - Littleton, CO
  • Full-Time
Compensation:

Unlicensed: $60,000 โ€“ $63,000

Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $69,000 โ€“ $73,500 (based on experience and licensure)

Sign On Bonus: $5,000 (external employees only)

Bilingual Differential: 10% compensation differential for bilingual English/Spanish clinicians (language proficiency testing required)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. ย The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networksโ€™ total compensation package for employees.
