Loyalty MGA is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Total Loss Claims Adjuster to handle claims involving total loss vehicles.ย This position offers a hybrid work scheduleย upon successfully completing the companyโ€™s probation period. This role involves investigating, evaluating, and resolving total loss claims efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve total loss claims in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Determine the value of totaled vehicles using industry tools and guidelines.
  • Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and third parties to gather necessary information and explain the claims process.
  • Coordinate with appraisers, salvage vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure timely resolution of claims.
  • Review and verify all claim documentation, including police reports, repair estimates, and titles.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants, ensuring fairness and adherence to policy terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of claim activities and decisions in the claims management system.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies throughout the claims process.
  • Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Hold a valid all lines 6-20 licenseย 
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives, ensuring fair and equitable agreements.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines while handling claims and interacting with stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional, energetic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
