Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume, rapidly expanding orthopedic program on the St. Joseph's Hospital campus in Tucson. You'll walk into a referral-rich environment with a strong clinical infrastructure already in place no practice-building from scratch required. The Joint Replacement Center is certified across knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures, and the program is built to support your surgical success from day one. If you want to do the work you trained for, with the team and tools to back you up, this is the opportunity.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, employed position with rapid ramp-up into an established, busy practice
  • 60% outpatient / 40% surgical split for a balanced, high-quality schedule
  • Average 25 patients per clinic day; 812 surgeries per week
  • Access to MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system
  • Certified Joint Replacement Center covering knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures
  • On-campus clinic, OR, and inpatient care for seamless transitions throughout your day
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team with full ancillary support
  • Shared call schedule manageable and clearly defined
  • Physician-led practice model with clinical autonomy
  • In-house marketing, business development, billing, credentialing, HR, and compliance support

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction
  • Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
