Job Description:

  • Lead the automation testing team to design develop and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca
  • Proven experience in leading onsite offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
  • Develop and implement automation testing strategies frameworks and standards
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions
  • Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools Tosca Commander Test Case Design Tosca API Tosca TDM
  • Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance
  • Optimize automation scripts to enhance execution times and coverage
  • Experience in building maintaining and optimizing automation frameworks using Tosca
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within an Agile environment
  • Have strong Communication skills and good at working with multiple vendors and client stakeholders
  • Prior experience in Travel and Hospitality Domain
