Description:
  • The Quality Assurance area is responsible for ensuring that all applications, systems, and projects meet defined quality standards.
  • Develops, conducts, and evaluates application audits and testing processes.
  • Staff often have in-depth knowledge of automated testing tools, and quality engineering and assurance approaches.
  • The Quality Assurance Engineering focus specializes in testing software using automated tests to achieve quality standards for GxP systems life cycle management.
  • Develops, modifies and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing to ensure GxP system functionality, consulting with stakeholders in resolution of issues.
  • Provides guidance and feedback in the preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages automation tools and systems, and related technology.
  • This job family is in the professional level category. There are different levels available that provide clarity on contribution expectations based on knowledge, application, problem solving, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports validation readiness for SAP S/4HANA systems, integrations, and data migration, with a focus on validation strategy, testing, and automation enablement. Develops scalable validation assets using Tricentis tools (qTest, Vera, Tosca, and NeoLoad) and ensures risk-based validation aligned with CSA principles and project timelines
  • Develop validation plans, test scripts, automation scripts, and test strategies for SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and data migration.
  • Implement test automation using qTest, Tosca, and Vera.
  • Support requirements review, risk assessments, and RTM creation.
  • Execute system, integration, data migration, and UAT testing activities.
  • Collaborate with SAP SMEs and implementation partners.
 
Qualifications & Experience 
  • Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in SAP validation or ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Tricentis or similar test automation tools.
  • Experience with CSA methodologies and GxP compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of the validation lifecycle for large enterprise systems.
