Job description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer for a position in Columbus, OH.

  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing activities.
  • Create and maintain reusable performance test assets and frameworks utilizing NeoLoad and enterprise-standard tooling.
  • Analyze performance results and identify application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud performance bottlenecks.
  • Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness recommendations.
  • Support performance testing across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca and associated automation technologies.
  • Expand automation coverage across business-critical workflows and regression testing activities.
  • Develop test automation solutions supporting web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
  • Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
  • Support multiple enterprise initiatives through hands-on automation and performance testing activities.
  • Partner with project teams to identify automation opportunities, performance testing needs, and delivery risks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years of hands-on test automation development experience using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
  • 3+ years of hands-on performance testing and analysis experience using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools.
  • Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and/or cloud-based applications.
  • Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and distributed enterprise applications.
  • Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated and performance testing assets in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and communicate performance bottlenecks and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Salesforce Lightning, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience using Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience implementing performance testing within Agile and CI/CD delivery models.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects within a shared-services delivery model.
  • Utility industry experience.
