Overview
The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping with questions, offering support, and making sure they have a great experience.
We’re seeking someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You’ll also work closely with a team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This position plays an important part in building lasting relationships and keeping our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
  • Help customers with questions about our products and services
  • Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and transactions
  • Work to solve customer concerns and follow company guidelines
  • Listen to customer needs and explain the best next steps
  • Share information about available products and services that may be helpful
  • Work with the team to improve customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred; insurance experience is a plus
  • Enjoy helping people and finding solutions
  • Property & Casualty licensed preferred
