Job Summary:

As a Budtender / sales executive, you will serve as the face of our dispensary, providing an exceptional customer experience by guiding patients through our product offerings and helping them make informed decisions. You will utilize your product knowledge and understanding of state regulations to provide safe, compliant, and compassionate service.

Making sure all the processes are being followed and sticking to our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their needs.
    • Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, topicals, and accessories.
    • Make product recommendations based on individual customer needs, preferences, and tolerance levels.
    • Assist customers in navigating the state’s medical cannabis requirements, answering questions about compliance and product use.
    • deliver top shelf, royal treatment to every customer NO MATTER WHAT.
  2. Product Knowledge & Compliance:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
    • Attend regular training sessions to expand product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
    • Adhere to all dispensary policies, protocols, and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  3. Sales & Inventory Management:

    • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
    • Promote the dispensary’s rewards program and other store promotions.
    • Monitor product stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the management team.
  4. Store Maintenance & Presentation:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
    • Ensure all displays are well-stocked and accurately labeled.
    • Assist with product deliveries, unpacking, and inventory organization as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
