Job Description We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Copilot Studio agent development, Power Automate orchestration, and Dataverse data modeling and a proven ability to design, implement, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI agents and automation that deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topic modeling, dialog orchestration, action invocation, fallback strategies, and controlled handoff.

Own and implement end-to-end agent solutions spanning Teams experiences, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse models, and enterprise integrations. Translate business workflows and regulatory requirements into durable agent and automation designs covering functional and non-functional needs. Develop complex cloud flows with orchestration logic, error handling, retries, and long-running operations.

Design and manage Dataverse schemas to support agent state, session context, results, and auditability. Define and apply integration patterns using standard and custom connectors and REST APIs across internal and external systems. Participate in design and solution reviews, identifying trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for standardization and reuse.

Establish reusable flow templates, agent patterns, and Dataverse conventions that improve consistency and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience building production-grade Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate flows. Strong background in end-to-end workflow design that integrates multiple systems and persists durable state using Dataverse.

Proven ability to model data and solution behavior with security, auditability, performance, reliability, and scalability in mind. Experience integrating with enterprise systems using connectors, REST APIs, and structured payloads; familiarity with custom connector patterns preferred. Ability to influence solution quality through standards, guidance, and review without direct sprint or delivery ownership.

Strong communication skills to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a regulated environment. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals and applied experience. Proficiency with Python for AI, integration, or automation scenarios.

Preferred Skills: Experience with low-code and pro-code hybrid architectures across application, integration, data, and automation tiers. Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, and compliance practices for the Power Platform. Why BCforward?
