Job description

Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Land Surveyor for their Bemidji office!


Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to land survey team
  • Meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects
  • Assist with business/client development and completion of proposals
  • Provide direct supervision, schedule staff and quality control
  • Follow site safety regulations


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of land surveying experience
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
  • Strong knowledge of boundary law, construction surveying, and local land use regulations
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Leica or Topcon workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships
