Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced Collision Estimator for our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented, detail-oriented, quality-minded estimator who is looking to find a permanent home in their career field with Courtesy! Fast pace! No Saturdays! 

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles for damages and evaluate using visual inspection, road tests, and information provided by the customer
  • Evaluate necessity and cost of repairs
  • Communicate with insurance after reviewing damage
  • Discuss damages with customer, repair process and timeline and costs
  • Create accurate estimates that breaks out costs (parts, labor, etc.)
  • Create work orders detailing all elements of repair
  • Maintain communication with customer and answer questions as needed
  • Keeps record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork
  • Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
  • Implement an effective quality check process upon completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ordering, checking parts, taking quality photos

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Self-Motivated Individual who is able to work in a fast-paced production shop
  • Must be experienced with auto insurance estimating requirements and direct repair programs
  • Ability to communicate with others, verbal and written
  • Working estimating knowledge, including systems
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Knowledge of CCC estimating system and I-Car certification a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
