Are you ready to kickstart a rewarding career in RV sales? Optimum RV is looking for motivated individuals who want to make money, have fun, and help their customers get camping!
No experience? No problem! We'll train you. Our team believes in investing in your success from day one. As a first-time RV Sales Representative, we will help you learn the ropes of the business to start strong.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential. Our top sales representatives earn $150,000+ annually based on performance, and there are great rewards for our top sales representatives each year!
Sales Representatives are responsible for assisting customers throughout the RV purchasing process. The primary duties will include:
โ€ข Greeting and engaging customers to understand their RV needs and preferences.
โ€ข Demonstrating features and benefits of various RV models, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels.
โ€ข Conducting test drives and RV tours with potential buyers.
โ€ข Providing detailed information about RV specifications, pricing, and financing options.
โ€ข Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
โ€ข Following up with customers to ensure a positive buying experience and to encourage repeat business.
โ€ข Participating in sales training programs and staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
โ€ข Adhering to safety standards at all times.
โ€ข All other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
โ€ข Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
