This Position Won't Be Open Long

Here's why: we're hiring ONE Sales Director for our evening/weekend team, and when we post sales roles, we get hundreds of applicants.

We need someone who: Has 2+ years of proven B2C high-ticket phone sales experience
Is currently closing deals over the phone (not transitioning from another field)
Has closed programs worth $3K+ consistently
Knows their way around CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
Has employment stability (3 jobs or fewer in the past 5 years)

The Role: Close high-ticket real estate investment programs during evenings and weekends when our leads are hottest


Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.


The Reality: This is one of the few sales roles where the earning claims are actually conservative. Our Directors consistently hit six figures. The schedule works. The leads are real. The opportunity is legitimate.


But it won't be available for long.
