As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Top Health, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that are essential to our mission:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges, then develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) effectively to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care and ensure coordinated support for clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to the overall improvement in quality and effectiveness of care provided across the clinic.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them through knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay current with advancements in the mental health domain, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic practices to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and those undergoing detoxification. In this role, you will deliver care to clients who are often in vulnerable situations, requiring sensitivity, empathy, and a commitment to their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to the field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee, demonstrating your qualifications and readiness to practice.
• At least three years of clinical experience in mental health settings, which adds depth to your ability to assess and engage with clients.
• A strong foundation in solution-focused therapy techniques and other therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships and improve client engagement.

Your contributions will be recognized through a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
